Create admin-controlled merchant campaigns from merchant and brand requests

Admin remains the only role that can create live campaigns. Merchant and brand teams submit requests; approved requests are converted here into user-visible campaigns with checkout, claim tracking, billing and audit linkage.

Create merchant campaign

Launch a testing campaign

Select a merchant to create a linked campaign.

Choose the merchant first. The user-side object, merchant claimed-rewards queue, billing, and redemption tracking will all link to this merchant.

Leave this on All branches if every branch can accept the claimed reward. Choose one branch if only that checkout location should redeem it.

Example: 20 for a R20 voucher or 0 if no money value is needed.

Maximum number of users who can hold this reward in total.

How many times one Brydgess account can claim this reward.

Last date the reward can still be claimed or redeemed.

Optional image shown on the user side for reward-style campaigns.

These rules appear before the user claims the reward and can also help the cashier understand what should be redeemed.

Merchant billing and budget

Money added to the merchant wallet before reserving budget.

Amount reserved for this campaign.

One-time fee to launch the campaign.

Extra fee if this campaign gets premium placement.

Branch activation cost when checkout scope is limited.

Fee deducted when a cashier redeems the reward.

How many successful store redemptions can happen in one day.

Maximum number of successful store redemptions before the campaign should stop.

This will appear under: Rewards page + campaign claim flow

How this works in store

1Admin creates the merchant campaign here.
2User sees it on Brydgess and claims it.
3Cashier asks for Brydgess ID at checkout.
4Merchant lookup shows linked reward cards plus extra store rewards.
5Cashier selects the reward to use and redeems it.
Use a merchant with a partner name configured. The user-side campaign is linked by partner name so merchant checkout can find it correctly.
