Activate or issue a reward card for a customer instantly
Use a BRY ID, email address or user id to activate the programme directly from the merchant side. For merchant-issued programmes, add the live card number now or leave it blank to send the member into the issuing queue.
Direct activation lets the merchant admin acquire users immediately without removing manual entry or scanning for customers who still want those flows.

Best practice:
1. Cashier or merchant admin asks for the customer BRY ID.
2. Activate the right programme here.
3. If the programme is merchant-issued, capture the live card number now or issue it later from the queue below.
4. The customer instantly sees the card or issuing state in My Cards.
